Profilo Per un cliente attivo nel settore turismo/hotel/ristorazione con sede a Montecarotto, stiamo ricercando una figura di barista/gelateria. La figura lavorera a stretto contatto con il resto dello staff, garantendo continuita operativa e rispetto degli standard aziendali. Responsabilita Preparare e servire bevande calde e fredde al banco bar rispettando le procedure interne e gli standard di qualita aziendali. Gestire le fasi di apertura e chiusura del bar, assicurando ordine, pulizia e corretta sistemazione delle attrezzature e delle scorte disponibili. Accogliere la clientela in modo professionale e cortese, raccogliendo le ordinazioni e fornendo informazioni chiare su prodotti, ingredienti e possibili varianti disponibili. Gestire le operazioni di cassa in modo accurato, registrando gli incassi e verificando eventuali differenze a fine turno secondo le indicazioni fornite. Skill e Professionalita Capacita di utilizzare le principali attrezzature da bar come macchina del caffe', macinadosatore, frullatori e altri strumenti necessari per la preparazione di bevande. Buone competenze relazionali e comunicative per interagire in modo professionale con una clientela diversificata, sia locale sia turistica durante tutto l'arco della giornata. Attenzione ai dettagli e precisione nella preparazione delle ordinazioni, con capacita di gestire piu richieste contemporaneamente mantenendo ordine e concentrazione. Conoscenza di base delle norme igienico-sanitarie applicate al settore bar e ristorazione, con disponibilita a rispettare le procedure interne e le indicazioni ricevute. POSITION SUMMARY

Guest Service Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces), managing the menu (read and visually verify information), and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Service Experts ? to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.

About the role:
Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking passionate and service-oriented Chef de Rang to join our team for the 2026 summer season. Opportunities are available in Il Palagio Restaurant (Breakfast Service)
and Al Fresco Trattoria (Dinner Service). As a Chef de Rang, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
