Tridente Collection è alla ricerca di personale di sala da inserire nel team per ristorante nel cuore di Roma.
Riportando al Restaurant manager, la risorsa selezionata si occuperà di:
? assicurare e/o organizzare l'allestimento della sala da pranzo e dei tavoli, curandone la funzionalità e l'estetica;
? accogliere l'ospite, accompagnandolo al tavolo, presentando il menù e la carta dei vini, suggerendo i migliori abbinamenti e gestendo il servizio al tavolo.
Il candidato ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti, che costituiranno titolo preferenziale nella selezione:
? è diplomato/a nel settore turistico-alberghiero;
? ha maturato un'esperienza di almeno 2 anni in analoga posizione in ristoranti di elevato standard qualitativo;
? conosce le tecniche di mise en place di un ristorante à la carte;
? ha ottima conoscenza del mondo del vino, dei distillati e dei cocktail;
? ha ottime doti comunicative e conosce le tecniche di vendita e crosselling;
? parla fluentemente inglese e preferibilmente di una seconda lingua straniera(la conoscenza della lingua russa costituirà titolo preferenziale);
? è una persona curata, dotata di senso estetico, attento ai dettagli e alla qualità.
? sa lavorare sia in team che autonomamente;
? ha conoscenza in materia di igiene e di sicurezza, preferibilmente in possesso di HACCP;
? disponibile a lavorare nei weekend e nei giorni festivi e su turni spezzati
Si offre un contratto iniziale a tempo determinato, con concrete possibilità di stabilizzazione e crescita professionale; inquadramento secondo il contratto collettivo del CCNL Turismo ? Confcommercio.
RAL tra 22k e 30k

Il Commis di Pasticceria presso il Ristorante La Pergola 3 Stelle Michelin sarà responsabile della preparazione e della presentazione di dessert e prodotti di pasticceria di elevata qualità, garantendo un'esperienza eccellente agli ospiti e contribuendo costantemente al raggiungimento degli obiettivi del reparto.
Responsabilità
In qualità di Commis di Pasticceria, sarai responsabile di:
- Garantire una produzione costante di preparazioni di alta qualità, nel rispetto degli standard di eccellenza richiesti da Hilton.
- Svolgere le attività assegnate in modo puntuale ed efficiente.
- Contribuire al controllo dei costi alimentari, supportando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici della cucina.
- Fornire supporto alla brigata di cucina e collaborare con il team di pasticceria.
- Preparare la mise en place e presentare dessert e preparazioni di pasticceria secondo le linee guida aziendali.
- Mantenere le aree di lavoro sempre pulite e ordinate, prevenendo qualsiasi rischio di contaminazione incrociata.
- Collaborare con gli altri reparti dell'hotel, mantenendo rapporti di lavoro positivi e professionali.
- Segnalare eventuali problematiche relative a manutenzione, igiene o sicurezza.
- Rispettare le normative dell'hotel in materia di sicurezza, prevenzione incendi, salute e sicurezza sul lavoro e sicurezza alimentare.
- Conoscere gli obiettivi del reparto e contribuire al loro raggiungimento come membro del team.
- Rispettare rigorosamente tutte le norme igienico-sanitarie.
- Operare con attenzione alla sostenibilità ambientale.

Requisiti
Il candidato ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:
- Esperienza pregressa come Commis di Pasticceria.
- Attitudine positiva e orientata al lavoro di squadra.
- Buone capacità comunicative.
- Capacità di lavorare efficacemente sotto pressione.
- Comprovata capacità di collaborare con il team e di seguire istruzioni.
- Forte motivazione ad apprendere e a sviluppare una carriera nel settore della ristorazione e dell'ospitalità.
- Attestato di formazione base in igiene e sicurezza alimentare (HACCP o equivalente).
- Passione per la gastronomia e, in particolare, per l'arte della pasticceria.
- Diploma o qualifica professionale in cucina/pasticceria, oppure apprendistato riconosciuto nel settore.
- Esperienza nella gestione di più attività contemporaneamente e capacità di lavorare in ambienti caratterizzati da elevati standard qualitativi.

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB
- Ensure that the needs of the customers have been met and exceeded at each interaction
- At every opportunity, create a positive impression on the customer thus ensuring that they will remember their experience at Generator
- Ensure the bar is always clean, tidy and ready for business
- Ensure the bar is always fully stocked i.e. glasses, ice, garnishes, cocktail mixtures and is ready to trade in
- Ensure that there is enough produce and goods available to the customer at all times
- During busy periods of trade, ensure the bar is maintained to a clean Generator standard, ensuring all tables, floors and equipment are clean at all times
- Monitor the quality of service and the quality of the drinks and cocktails and ensure standards are high, taking action where required including speaking with the Bar Supervisor or F&B Manager
- To ensure that the procedure for cash reconciliation is carried out correctly and the float always balances in accordance with the cash handling procedures
