Posizione

La risorsa si occuperà di:

  • Accoglienza e assistenza alla clientela;
  • Vendita assistita di prodotti da forno;
  • Preparazione e servizio di caffetteria;
  • Servizio ai tavoli e gestione delle ordinazioni;
  • Supporto durante il servizio pranzo e aperitivo;
  • Allestimento e riordino del banco;
  • Gestione delle operazioni di cassa;
  • Mantenimento degli standard di pulizia, ordine e rispetto delle normative HACCP.


Requisiti

Cerchiamo persone dinamiche, sorridenti e orientate al cliente, con ottime capacità relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro in team.

Costituisce titolo preferenziale aver maturato esperienza, anche breve, in contesti quali:

  • Bar e caffetterie;
  • Ristoranti e locali;
  • Panetterie e gastronomie;
  • Supermercati e GDO;
  • Attività di vendita assistita.

Saranno valutati positivamente anche candidati motivati, desiderosi di imparare e di crescere professionalmente all'interno di un contesto dinamico.

Market Segment Expertise ?    Oversee and personally manage key accounts across all relevant market segments: transient corporate, leisure, consortia, luxury travel trade, entertainment, VIP individual, and groups. ?    Maintain deep expertise in the luxury hospitality sales landscape, understanding the specific needs and expectations of ultra-high-net-worth clients and their gatekeepers. ?    Build and nurture relationships with entertainment industry professionals, talent agencies, production companies, and high-profile event organisers. ?    Develop strong partnerships with global luxury travel agencies, tour operators, and concierge networks. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Professional Experience ?    Minimum 7  years of progressive sales experience within luxury 5-star or ultra-luxury hospitality, with at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role. ?    Proven track record of success across all key market segments: corporate transient, leisure, groups, MICE, entertainment, and luxury travel trade. ?    Demonstrated ability to generate, manage, and convert significant revenue across multiple international markets. ?    Experience working within globally recognised luxury hotel brands or independent ultra-luxury properties. ?    A strong existing network of contacts across the corporate, entertainment, and luxury travel sectors is highly desirable. Reporting to the Sales Department and the General Manager, your main mission will be to lead the sales strategy for a new 4-star hotel by defining the objectives to be achieved, sales forecasts, budgets, and by participating in commercial negotiations. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Sales & Business Development - Develop and implement the hotel's commercial strategy in line with group objectives, - Actively drive revenue growth while ensuring the achievement and optimization of budgeted targets across all market segments, - Propose, implement and monitor a commercial action plan & ensure its execution, - Manage, develop and grow corporate accounts (local and international), - Identify and acquire new corporate accounts to increase revenue and market penetration, - Maintain & develop strong relationships with key clients, partners and agencies, - Negotiate and manage corporate contracts and preferential rates, - Represent the hotel on the local level at sales events, trade fairs and networking opportunities. 2.
