Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.
The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.

ABOUT THE JOB
As a Breakfast Attendant, your responsibilities will include:
Buffet Preparation and Setup
Set up and arrange the breakfast buffet according to the hotel's standards,
Set tables for guests following established procedures,
Prepare hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, juices, etc.),
Replenish the buffet throughout service,
Check the freshness and quality of all items served.
Culinary Preparation
Prepare simple in-house items (cakes, crepes, muffins, etc.),
Cook or reheat certain products (pastries, bread, eggs, etc.),
Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
Guest Service
Welcome guests courteously and professionally,
Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to specific requests,
Clear and clean tables after guests depart.
Cleaning and Organization
Clean and organize the buffet area and breakfast dining room,
Maintain and sanitize kitchen equipment,
Manage stock and report any replenishment needs.
Working Conditions
Early morning shifts,
Prolonged periods of standing,
Handling of light loads (plates, trays, etc.).
ABOUT YOU
Passionate about the hospitality industry, you ideally have some prior experience in the field and are eager to take on an autonomous role. The required skills and qualities include:
Strong sense of service and hospitality
Speed and efficiency in task execution
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of food hygiene standards (HACCP)
Experience in restaurants or hotels is a plus
You communicate easily with both teams and guests, using appropriate and professional communication skills in Italian and English.

ABOUT THE JOB
Under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager and their assistants, you will be responsible for:

Organizing the setup of the service areas and dining room,
-
Ensuring an exceptional guest experience,
-
Advising guests with your excellent knowledge of the menu and products,
-
Performing service according to professional standards: taking orders, setting up tables according to the orders, clearing, and resetting,
-
Managing your assigned section: replenishing bread and beverages, keeping tables orderly and clean to ensure a pleasant dining experience,
-
Performing end-of-service tasks: cleaning, organizing, and preparing for the next service,
-
Ensuring all areas are maintained in optimal condition (cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality),
-
Following and respecting aesthetic standards defined by management (grooming, table setup).
ABOUT YOU
You have proven experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar role. You have an excellent professional appearance, and you are dynamic and motivated.
You possess strong organizational skills, work efficiently, and demonstrate a good team spirit and interpersonal ease. You are attentive to detail and responsive to guest needs.
Knowledge of Micros systems is a plus.
You are available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
You communicate easily with both teams and guests, using appropriate and professional communication skills in Italian and English.

ABOUT THE JOB
Under the responsibility of the F&B Manager, the Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant by supporting and guiding the teams, while guaranteeing consistent excellence in the quality of service provided.
As a Supervisor, your role is to ensure that the highest standards of service and hospitality are delivered throughout the stay of our international clientele.
You represent Management and actively participate in resolving any guest-related issues. You work in close collaboration with the other hotel departments.
As part of their duties (non-exhaustive list), he/she will be required to:

Have in-depth knowledge of the menu and the composition of dishes,

Ensure daily satisfaction of both guests and team members,

Ensure compliance with setup standards for the different services (lunch and dinner),

Participate in and organize service for one or more sections: order taking and follow-up, table service, clearing,

Ensure the application of all service standards and procedures,

Assist Management with team training, motivation, and supervision,
