I compiti principali : Alle dipendenze del Front Office Manager, avrai i seguenti compiti: - Essere l'ambasciatore di Casa Monti presso clienti e partner e avere una conoscenza approfondita dell'ambiente della nostra struttura. - Gestire le richieste di prenotazione OTA, dirette e di gruppo. - Garantire un servizio telefonico di alta qualità e il rispetto di tutti gli standard stabiliti dall'hotel. - Contribuire a ottimizzare il tasso di occupazione dell'hotel in linea con la politica commerciale dell'hotel. - Ricevere le chiamate dei clienti e fornire informazioni sui vari servizi dell'hotel. - Monitorare le commissioni. - Mantenere uno stretto contatto con la reception e trasmettere le informazioni al Front Office Manager. - Sviluppare le vendite dell'hotel attraverso azioni di upselling e cross-selling. - Effettuare controlli regolari sui file di prenotazione e verificare la validità delle garanzie fornite. - Gestire gli imprevisti e proporre soluzioni adeguate in stretta collaborazione con i responsabili di linea.
