ADDETTO/A ALLA MANUTENZIONE


La risorsa si occuperà di:

  • Gestione delle richieste di manutenzione provenienti dagli ospiti e dai reparti dell'hotel
  • Esecuzione di interventi di manutenzione preventiva, ordinaria e straordinaria su impianti elettrici, idraulici, meccanici e di climatizzazione
  • Riparazione e manutenzione di camere, aree comuni, arredi e attrezzature
  • Diagnosi e risoluzione tempestiva di guasti e anomalie tecniche
  • Gestione delle scorte di materiali e ricambi per la manutenzione
  • Utilizzo di software per la registrazione degli interventi e il monitoraggio degli impianti
  • Applicazione delle norme di sicurezza e collaborazione con i reparti per garantire elevati standard di servizio


REQUISITI MINIMI:

Competenze di base in ambito elettrico, idraulico e meccanico.

POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a Venue Set-up Coordinator to join our Events Department!  This role will be a key operational figure in the organisation of meetings, banquets and events within the venue. Key responsibilities - Read and analyse event orders (BEOs) relating to meetings and banquets, provided by the Convention/Events and Housekeeping departments, in order to understand guests' requirements - Determine the correct layout of spaces (meeting rooms, banquets, coffee breaks, buffets, service stations), the sequence of activities and the specific requirements of the events - Set up and prepare the assigned rooms, ensuring tidiness, cleanliness and the correct positioning of equipment - Assemble and dismantle event equipment and materials (tables, chairs, buffets, platforms, operational supplies) - Transport supplies and materials required for the running of events - Restock bars, buffets and service stations during events, as required -  Provide operational support during the event, handling any last-minute requests - Dismantle the set-up at the end of events and take care of cleaning and restoring the spaces - Communicate professionally and effectively with guests and other hotel departments to ensure their needs are fully met - Welcome and acknowledge guests in accordance with company standards - Ensure that guests' expectations and the establishment's quality standards are met Physical and operational requirements - Ability to stand, move around and carry out operational tasks for long periods of time - A hands-on approach to work and the ability to: - move, lift, carry, push, pull and position objects - handle loads  The effective performance of these duties, together with any other reasonable tasks required, is essential to ensuring the success of events and guest satisfaction.
