Siamo alla ricerca di un Barman motivato e pronto a entrare a far parte del nostro Team Food & Beverage presso Hotel Le Fontanelle*****. Il candidato ideale ha maturato almeno 2 anni di esperienza nell'ospitalità di lusso e possiede spiccate doti di leadership e comunicazione, che gli permettano di interagire con una clientela internazionale di alto profilo. La risorsa selezionata sarà responsabile al servizio del Lounge Bar dell'Hotel e del Bar Piscina, affiancando una brigata di 3 persone, operando in stretta collaborazione e con il supporto del Maître, e contribuendo a garantire servizi impeccabili e standard elevati in linea con il posizionamento della struttura.
Responsabilità principali
· Accoglienza e gestione degli ospiti
· Preparazione e servizio di bevande, cocktail e prodotti di caffetteria secondo gli standard della struttura
· Collaborazione con il Maître per la pianificazione del servizio e l'ottimizzazione delle attività
· Controllo delle scorte, ordini e corretta conservazione dei prodotti
· Garanzia del rispetto delle normative igienico-sanitarie e degli standard di qualità
· Cura dell'ordine, della pulizia e dell'immagine dei punti bar

Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Service Experts ? to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None

About the role:
Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking passionate and service-oriented Chef de Rang to join our team for the 2026 summer season. Opportunities are available at Il Palagio Restaurant (Breakfast Service). As a Chef de Rang, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will provide attentive and professional food and beverage service, anticipate guests' needs, expertly guide them through menu selections, and create memorable moments that reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
What you will do:

FACCHINO DI HOTEL
La risorsa selezionata si occuperà dell'accoglienza degli ospiti presso la struttura, movimentazione dei bagagli, carico e scarico degli stessi dai mezzi di trasferimento in occasione dell'arrivo e della partenza dei clienti.
Si occuperà, inoltre, della raccolta e del trasporto della biancheria, del successivo rifornimento ai piani e del reintegro dei prodotti di consumo e della linea cortesia.
All'occorrenza, fornirà supporto nelle attività di piccola manutenzione ordinaria all'interno della struttura.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Preferibile esperienza, anche minima, nel ruolo e/o nel settore hospitality;
- Ottime doti relazionali;
- Preferibile conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Cura della persona;
- Disponibilità ad effettuare lavoro su turni.
Si offre:
- Tipologia contrattuale: contratto a tempo determinato per picco stagionale;
- Inquadramento: CCNL Turismo Confcommercio, livello 7; retribuzione lorda mensile prevista €1507,45
Orario di lavoro: full-time 40 ore settimanali organizzate su turni dal lunedì alla domenica, con 5 giorni di lavoro e 2 di riposo a scorrimento, nella fascia oraria 06:00 – 23:30.
