Per una delle nostre strutture alberghiere Cluster siamo alla ricerca di figure di Chef de rang motivate e orientate all'accoglienza, pronte a contribuire all'esperienza degli ospiti con professionalità e attenzione.
La posizione ha carattere d'urgenza.
La figura sarà responsabile della gestione autonoma del proprio rango, garantendo un servizio impeccabile e un'esperienza di eccellenza per gli ospiti, nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi della struttura.
Principali responsabilità
- Gestire in autonomia il servizio all'interno del proprio rango;
- Accogliere e assistere gli ospiti durante tutta l'esperienza ristorativa;
- Coordinare e supportare i Commis di Sala;
- Curare la mise en place e il riassetto della sala;
- Presentare il menu e fornire informazioni su piatti e bevande;
- Collaborare con cucina e bar per garantire un servizio fluido ed efficiente;
- Assicurare il rispetto degli standard di qualità e di sicurezza alimentare.
Requisiti richiesti
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, preferibilmente in hotel, ristoranti o strutture di alto livello;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e orientamento all'ospite;
- Capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire situazioni di stress;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua costituisce titolo preferenziale;
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, nei weekend e nei giorni festivi.
Si offre
- Contratto secondo il CCNL Turismo su turnazione;
- Retribuzione lorda mensile compresa tra €24000€ e €26000, commisurata all'esperienza e alle competenze del candidato;

- Orientamento al cliente, precisione e attenzione ai dettagli
- Capacità di lavorare in team e sotto pressione
- Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi weekend e festivi
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Essere automunito/a

ABOUT THE JOB
As part of their duties, he/she will be responsible for:

Delivering dishes from the kitchen to the dining area and acting as the liaison between the chef de rang and the kitchen,

Setting up trays, sideboards, and room service trays before service,
-
Preparing and delivering room service trays to guest rooms,
-
Performing end-of-service tasks: cleaning, organizing, and preparing for the next service,
-
Ensuring all work areas are maintained in optimal condition (cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality),
-
Contributing to smooth communication between the kitchen and the dining area by responding quickly to the needs of both teams,
-
Ensuring guest satisfaction through prompt service and professional conduct in the dining room.

ABOUT THE JOB
Under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager and their assistants, you will be responsible for:

Organizing the setup of the service areas and dining room,

Ensuring an exceptional guest experience,

Advising guests with your excellent knowledge of the menu and products,

Performing service according to professional standards: taking orders, setting up tables according to the orders, clearing, and resetting,
-
Managing your assigned section: replenishing bread and beverages, keeping tables orderly and clean to ensure a pleasant dining experience,
-
Performing end-of-service tasks: cleaning, organizing, and preparing for the next service,
-
Ensuring all areas are maintained in optimal condition (cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality),
-
Following and respecting aesthetic standards defined by management (grooming, table setup).
ABOUT YOU
You have proven experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar role. You have an excellent professional appearance, and you are dynamic and motivated.
You possess strong organizational skills, work efficiently, and demonstrate a good team spirit and interpersonal ease. You are attentive to detail and responsive to guest needs.
Knowledge of Micros systems is a plus.
You are available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
You communicate easily with both teams and guests, using appropriate and professional communication skills in Italian and English.
