ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA
Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.
Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.
The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.

ABOUT THE JOB
As part of this role, he/she will be responsible for:
Welcoming, informing, and directing guests.
Handling reservation requests by phone and email.
Organizing the seating plan according to service flow and guest volume.
Ensuring an excellent guest experience.
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience as a host/hostess or in a similar role.
Excellent presentation, dynamic and motivated.
Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to listen attentively to guests' needs.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
You communicate easily in Italian (knowledge of English is a plus).

What You'll Do
- Welcome late-night guests and create a safe, relaxed atmosphere
- Handle check-ins, payments, reports and night processes with accuracy
- Keep the lobby clean, organized and comfortable throughout the night

Obiettivo:
In qualità di assistente personale di Fulvio Pierangeini, Chef Consultant di Rocco Forte Hotels, sarai il primo punto di contatto per lui e gestirai richieste e comunicazioni a lui destinate, rispondendo tempestivamente e in modo appropriato.
Principali responsabilità:

Come Chef, sarai responsabile di tutte le funzioni dello chef e della brigata di cucina.
Dirigerai e collaborerai con i membri del team F&B per eseguire con successo tutte le operazioni di cucina e ti impegnerai a migliorare continuamente la soddisfazione degli ospiti e a massimizzare il revenue del reparto.
Cosa dovrai fare?
- Eseguire compiti di gestione generale, tra cui, ma non solo, la gestione dei sistemi, la valutazione dei costi dei piatti, il budget e il forecast, la reportistica e la gestione del reparto.
- Organizzare i turni e gli orari del personale, gestendo al contempo tutti gli alti, bassi, assenze, ecc. del reparto.
- Selezionare, formare e valutare costantemente tutto il personale.
- Stabilire e garantire la corretta immagine del personale addetto e il corretto rapporto con il cliente.
- Gestire e risolvere i complaints e i suggerimenti dei clienti.

- Contribuire costantemente alle attività di Ricerca & Sviluppo.
- Analizzare costantemente il P&L F&B per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
- Supervisionare la gestione e il controllo delle scorte, degli ordini e degli inventari di utensili, alimenti e bevande necessari per il funzionamento dell'hotel.
- Monitorare costantemente la qualità dei prodotti e degli utensili utilizzati nei servizi.
Cosa stiamo cercando?
- Almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza come Sous Chef, preferibilmente in un hotel di dimensioni e complessità simili.
- Formazione professionale in ospitalità/F&B/cucina.
- La conoscenza della lingua locale è indispensabile e la conoscenza dell'inglese è di grande valore.
- Conoscenza di vari programmi informatici (Microsoft Office, ecc.).
- Ottime capacità gestionali e organizzative.
- Orientamento al servizio clienti.
- Conoscenza del mercato.
