Il cuoco sarà responsabile della gestione autonoma della partita dei primi all'interno di una brigata strutturata, garantendo qualità, organizzazione e rispetto degli standard della struttura.
Mansioni:
- Preparazione e gestione completa della linea primi
- Coordinamento con Chef e Sous Chef
- Gestione tempistiche durante il servizio
- Cura dell'impiattamento e degli standard qualitativi
- Controllo qualità materie prime e standard HACCP
Requisiti:
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo in hotel o ristoranti strutturati
- Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di preparazione dei primi piatti
- Capacità di lavorare in team
- Precisione, pulizia e organizzazione
- Disponibilità a svolgere ore straordinarie e turni spezzati

Il profilo ideale:

È una persona solare e accogliente, con una naturale predisposizione al contatto con l'ospite e uno standing curato e professionale. Si distingue per il forte orientamento al cliente e per la capacità di lavorare efficacemente in team, relazionandosi con interlocutori diversi in modo sempre cortese e appropriato. Ha inoltre preferibilmente maturato un'esperienza pregressa in strutture alberghiere o, più in generale, nel settore dell'ospitalità.

ABOUT GENERATOR VENICE
It's not hard to find beauty in a marble city built on a lagoon, but away from the obvious sights and monuments, across bridges, down backstreets and into secret squares, you'll discover the hidden corners where Venetians hang out. Because if you want to find the real Venice, you have to get lost.
Generator Venice stands on the waterfront of the island of Giudecca, one short stop on the Vapporetto from Piazza San Marco. This hostel was originally a warehouse, so the building blends history and character with contemporary design features.
Inside the Generator Venice hostel you'll find luxurious mosaic floors, a glass chandelier and an imposing stone fireplace. Public spaces are subtly split into intimate and open-plan areas ? all surrounding the bar and café. Every room has a view of either the gardens, Lido, Grande Canal or the iconic San Marco. Not bad for a hostel, aye?
NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB
- Ensure that the needs of the customers have been met and exceeded at each interaction
- At every opportunity, create a positive impression on the customer thus ensuring that they will remember their experience at Generator
- Ensure the bar is always clean, tidy and ready for business
- Ensure the bar is always fully stocked i.e. glasses, ice, garnishes, cocktail mixtures and is ready to trade in
- Ensure that there is enough produce and goods available to the customer at all times
- During busy periods of trade, ensure the bar is maintained to a clean Generator standard, ensuring all tables, floors and equipment are clean at all times
- Monitor the quality of service and the quality of the drinks and cocktails and ensure standards are high, taking action where required including speaking with the Bar Supervisor or F&B Manager
- To ensure that the procedure for cash reconciliation is carried out correctly and the float always balances in accordance with the cash handling procedures

Mansioni:
- gestione autonoma della propria partita secondo gli standard della cucina;
- preparazione, cottura e impiattamento delle portate previste dal menù;
- controllo delle materie prime e supporto nell'organizzazione della produzione;
- collaborazione attiva con lo Chef e con il team di cucina durante il servizio;
- mantenimento dell'ordine, della pulizia e rispetto delle norme HACCP nella propria area di lavoro.
Requisiti:
- esperienza pregressa di almeno 2-3 anni nel ruolo di Chef de Partie / Capo Partita;
- ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di preparazione, cottura e impiattamento;
- capacità di gestire in autonomia la propria partita garantendo qualità e tempistiche del servizio;

- disponibilità a lavorare nei fine settimana e durante i festivi;
