La risorsa dovrà occuparsi di gestire la verifica della documentazione, controllo delle bolle, quadratura tra ordini, entrate merci e fatture passive.Inoltre, gestirà i contratti comn i fornitori esterni, occupandosi del sollecito delle consegne, risoluzioni di eventuali contestazioni.
Requisiti
- Diploma (o laurea in ambito economico/giuridico)
- Esperienza (anche breve) nella mansione
- Competenze amministrativo - contabili
- Buone competenze relazionali
- Disponibilità immediata
Si offre contratto in somministrazione della durata iniziale di un mese, ulteriori aspetti contrattuali verranno discussi in sede di colloquio

Orario di lavoro: 36 ore settimanali

What You'll Do
- Receive and inspect all incoming goods, ensuring quantity, quality, and accuracy.
- Store and organize stock using the FIFO method across dry, cold, and frozen storage areas.
- Issue supplies to departments like kitchen, bar, and front office based on approved requests.
- Keep storage spaces clean and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor stock movement, replenish regularly used items, and support month-end stock reporting.
- Coordinate daily with the F&B Director, Executive Chef, and other teams to support special events and operational needs.
- Flag discrepancies, expired items, and waste to support cost control and smooth operations.
- Help set up and manage stock for new concepts and temporary activations.
What You'll Have
- 1?2 years of experience in stock control, storekeeping, or purchasing support in hospitality.
- Basic food hygiene or HACCP awareness is a plus.
- A structured, reliable way of working and strong attention to detail.
- A hands-on, collaborative attitude, you love supporting others and staying one step ahead.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with different departments.
- Fluent in English, any other languages are a plus.
- You're legally allowed to work in Italy.

con esperienza di almeno due anni nel ruolo, appassionato e pronto ad unirsi al Team ed a contribuire attivamente.
Descrizione del ruolo
Ha il compito di collaborare ai processi di approvvigionamento e acquisto del Gruppo.
Nello specifico, sotto la supervisione del Responsabile, le principali mansioni sono:
- Supporto operativo: gestione del ciclo d'ordine, inserimento dati e aggiornamento database prodotti;
- Gestione Fornitori: gestione dei fornitori esistenti; ricerca, qualifica e valutazione di potenziali fornitori; richiesta di preventivi di nuovi fornitori; richiesta di preventivi; verifica dei prezzi e del rispetto degli accordi/listini al fine di ottenere i migliori prodotti al miglior prezzo, senza sacrificare qualità e affidabilità; monitoraggio costante dei livelli di servizio (consegna, qualità, servizi)
- Negoziazione: partecipazione alle trattative commerciali per le condizioni di acquisto.
- Collaborazione interna: interfaccia con i vari reparti, il magazzino e il controllo della qualità.
Competenze richieste:
- conoscenza dei prodotti F&B e delle relative normative
- capacità analitiche e dimestichezza con Excel/software gestionali (ERP)e padronanza del pacchetto Office
- abilità di negoziazione e orientamento ai risultati.
La persona che stiamo cercando ha esperienza di almeno un anno nel ruolo di buyer preferibilmente nel mondo alberghiero/food & beverage con buone doti analitiche, precisa, proattiva, veloce, versatile ed organizzata, ma anche con buona capacità di adattamento e di apprendimento.
Cerchiamo una figura con una buona comunicazione, una eccellente capacità di lavorare in team anche in situazioni di stress.
