- Provide comprehensive administrative skills to the Managing Partner, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Management of people: Receptionist and Team Assistant
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for the Managing Partner.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive working environment.
- Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors to maintain smooth operations.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external events, including team meetings and client presentations.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and correspondence for accuracy and completeness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assistance ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the Management team.
A successful Office Manager and Executive Assistant should have:
- Proven experience in Office Managemnt and/or executive Assistant roles within the Financial Services industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a busy office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools.
- Ability to handle private information with discretion and professionalism.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work proactively.

- Salary ranging from €50000 to €65000 annually.
