Almar Timi Ama, prestigiosa struttura nei pressi di Villasimius (SU) e facente parte del gruppo HNH Hospitality, è alla ricerca di un/a Cuoco Capo Partita.
Di cosa ti occuperai:
- Preparazione e cottura dei piatti, assicurando il rispetto degli standard di qualità.
- Sovrintendere l'intero processo di cucina, organizzando i gruppi di lavoro e assegnando i compiti.
- Collaborare strettamente con lo Chef e la brigata di cucina, coordinando le tempistiche e sincronizzando le preparazioni.
- Garantire l'efficienza di tutte le operazioni in cucina, mantenendo alta la qualità del servizio.
Persone flessibili e poliedriche nella mansione, in grado di occuparsi di tutte le partite dagli antipasti ai secondi; persone creative, appassionate e che sposino i valori di ospitalità e accuratezza nel servizio per i quali la struttura è riconosciuta.
Il/la candidato/a ideale ha maturato esperienza nel ruolo presso strutture alberghiere/resort di 4/5*, possiede doti di manualità e gusto estetico, oltre ad ottime capacità organizzative e di comunicazione efficace.
Elevate capacità relazionali e di orientamento all'ospite, attitudine a lavorare in team, attenzione ai dettagli completano il profilo.
Costituisce titolo preferenziale aver maturato esperienza all'estero e in strutture appartenenti a catene internazionali

Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily wine and beverage operations within the restaurant.
- Deliver professional, personalised wine service and expert food pairings aligned with Belmond standards.
- Curate and maintain the wine list, while overseeing inventory, stock control, and cellar organisation.
- Lead wine tastings and create engaging wine-related experiences for guests.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary and restaurant teams, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining with a focus on wine service.
- Wine knowledge, including regions and food pairings.
- Excellent guest communication and upselling skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and anticipate guest needs.
- Fluent in English; WSET/AIS certification and additional languages are a plus.

Romazzino a Belmond Hotel in stunning Costa Smeralda for the season 2026 is looking for a talented Chef de Rang to join our team.
The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, experiences in a world-renowned destination to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, he/she will have experience working in fine dining and/or luxury restaurants environments, and will display great passion for food, beverages and wines, along with luxury service.
The position is based in Porto Cervo, Costa Smeralda, Sardinia and the contract is full time.
You must possess the legal right to work in Italy/EU.
Responsabilities:
- Warmly greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, and offering recommendations on food and beverages.
- Engage with guests and deliver memorable and enchanting restaurant experiences
- Serving food and drinks with precision, elegance, and adherence to established service standards.
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
- Fulfil any requested operation including assisting with restaurant preparation, table setups and service on the floor, mise-en-place and cleaning
- Respect the Belmond standards, policies and procedures, while observing all safety and hygiene directions so that they are met at all times
- Establish and maintain a polite and caring relationship with all guests while handling their requests and enquiries
- Work closely with the Restaurant team to ensure the best service is always delivered
- Proven experience as a Chef de Rang or similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel setting.
- Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage service, including fine dining etiquette and standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a refined and engaging demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent memory and attention to detail.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards.
- Knowledge of wine and spirits is highly desirable.
