Responsibilities
The candidate will be directly responsible for
maximizing the financial return on used vehicles by securing the most advantageous selling price across all sales channels (B2B/B2C). The role ensures the minimization of lead time between vehicle return and final sale through the optimization of operational processes and the effective coordination of remarketing activities nationwide.- Define and implement the national remarketing strategy in alignment with Group guidelines;
- Ensure optimal pricing and channel mix to maximize profitability across B2B and B2C segments;
- Oversee the performance of all remarketing channels, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency;
- Supervise all operational activities related to pre selling processes, including vehicle checks, quality assessments, and allocation;
- Manage post selling administrative workflows such as documentation handling, claims management, and logistics coordination;
- Optimize end to end processes to reduce the time between vehicle return and sale;
- Manage online auctions , ensuring the best commercial outcome through an optimal vehicle mix and competitive bidding environment;
- Monitor all returning vehicles in real time (end of contract, early termination, missed buy backs, etc.), ensuring accurate system registration and prioritization of handling activities (logistics centers, auctions, sales networks);
- Ensure effective coordination of Regional Managers responsible for all the channels;
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Logistics and Finance.
Your Profile
The Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience in remarketing , automotive sales , fleet management, or related sectors;
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C automotive sales channels , including online auction platforms;
- Solid operational background with experience optimizing complex processes;
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and influence cross functional stakeholders;
- Analytical mindset , data driven decision making, and strong problem solving capabilities;
- Excellent communication skills in English .
