Di cosa ti occuperai?
In quanto Recruitment Manager sarai il nostro primo brand ambassador: ti occuperai infatti di gestire l'intero life-cycle del candidato e assicurarti che l'esperienza sia impeccabile, dallo screening iniziale all'inserimento; sarai inoltre responsabile delle attività di networking ed employer branding con Istituti di Formazione e con Business School al fine di inserire i migliori talenti ed assicurare una pipeline continua per le nostre strutture. Al fianco di professionisti di eccellenza, avrai responsabilità come:
? Stesura e pubblicazione delle nostre inserzioni su canali principali;
? Eseguire lo screening preliminare dei candidati di qualsiasi livello;
? Ricercare, analizzare e confrontare continuamente i canali di pubblicazione;
? Gestire tutti i programmi e i portali di Rocco Forte Hotels dedicati al Recruitment: Teamtailor, Indeed, Lavoroturismo e Linkedin;
? Gestire le attività di direct sourcing tramite LinkedIn Recruiter;
? Eseguire il primo colloquio conoscitivo, quando richiesto;
? Curare i rapporti con le Università/Scuole partner per Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (Presentazioni, Collaborazioni, Workshop);
? Coordinare l'inserimento dei tirocinanti (stesura documenti, onboarding, monitoraggio e follow-up);
? Partecipare alle Career Fair scolastiche, Job Days e altri eventi legati alla selezione;
? Creare il materiale da pubblicare su Linkedin, in collaborazione con gli HR Manager di struttura e con il Regional Social Media Manager.

Quali requisiti cerchiamo?
? Esperienza professionale nello stesso ruolo, maturata nella stessa industry;
? Conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello intermedio/avanzato;
? Conoscenza di software gestionali per il Recruitment (es. Teamtailor, Workday, Deel);
? Conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office a livello intermedio/avanzato;
? Pregressa esperienza come formatore è un plus.

This position adds value in meeting the hotel's needs by identifying and implementing learning and performance improvement strategies that support the hotel's strategic direction. This position requires regular coaching skills and the ability to build and maintain confidence and credibility with employees, supervisory and managerial staff. What you will do ·       Plan, coordinate and facilitate training sessions identifying staff development needs at an individual & group level. ·       Ensure department training goals are set and achieved and act as an objective third party in counseling, problem solving or conflict situations where learning issues are involved. ·       Evaluate and communicate the effect of training programs and initiatives through measuring results and monitoring behavioral change. ·       Regularly coach and develop Designated Trainers and Managers in their role and responsibilities and analyze service gaps to improve service levels ·       Work alongside the Director of People and Culture and senior management to determine performance gaps and learning needs. ·       Regularly benchmark the learning function with Corporate Learning Success Levels and market the learning function's programs, initiatives and Four Seasons Learning. ·       Create and adhere to an annual budget for all training programs, initiatives, and learning resources. ·       Maintain training attendance records and employee records (both electronically and hard copy files) adhering to corporate guidelines and local laws. ·       Assist with other areas of People & Culture when needed, actively contributing to the deployment of P&C strategy and engagement plan. What you bring Relevant academic education or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a managerial capacity. Knowledgeable about hotel operations or other luxury service environments and experience in adult education. Excellent communication skills, as well as personal presentation and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams. Dynamic and inspirational personality. Strong work ethic, confidentiality and well-developed organizational and planning skills. Influencing and leadership skills are a must. Advanced computer skills and basic budgeting, accounting and financial management. Current on industry trends affecting workplace learning.
