Profilo Per una prestigiosa struttura alberghiera situata nel comune di Fiuggi, siamo alla ricerca di un/a facchino d'albergo da inserire con contratto in somministrazione, con possibilita di successivo inserimento diretto. Responsabilita Trasporto e gestione dei bagagli degli ospiti. Accoglienza e accompagnamento degli ospiti nelle camere, illustrando i servizi disponibili. Pulizia e ordine delle aree comuni (hall, saloni) e supporto alle attivita di pulizia ai piani. -Piccole attivita di manutenzione ordinaria Skill e Professionalita Educazione e orientamento al cliente. Le risorse saranno inserite nei diversi punti vendita presenti nei Terminal aeroportuali e si occuperanno del servizio e della preparazione dei prodotti, garantendo qualità, velocità e attenzione al cliente.
Attività previste
Pizzaioli
- Preparazione e gestione degli impasti

Requisiti richiesti

What You'll Do
- Welcome late-night guests and create a safe, relaxed atmosphere
- Handle check-ins, payments, reports and night processes with accuracy
- Keep the lobby clean, organized and comfortable throughout the night
- Support guests with questions, special requests and unexpected issues
- Monitor the building and flag anything unusual or urgent
- Prepare morning handovers and share guest insights with the day team
- Work closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance when needed
- Promote The Social Hub spaces and experiences when relevant
What You'll Have
- You have 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role
- You bring a calm, friendly presence that makes guests feel safe at night
- You're comfortable working night shifts on a regular schedule
- You're proactive, reliable and great at solving things independently
- You handle quieter hours and busy moments with the same steady energy
- You're comfortable using digital systems like PMS, kiosks and messaging tools

Posizione
Per il nostro hotel 5*L di ROMA siamo alla ricerca di un/una Bellboy/Doorman che avrà le seguenti mansioni :
* si occuperà di accogliere gli ospiti dell'hotel ed esterni all'arrivo e alla partenza, offrendo assistenza con bagagli o altro
* Dare informazioni agli ospiti e clientela esterna
* Essere vigili e supportare nel riportare azioni sospette
* Coordinare taxi e transfer quando necessario
* Assicurarsi che l'entrata e la propria area operativa sia ordinata
Requisiti
* Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Doorman in strutture analoghe 5*L
* Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese e sarà preferibile la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera
* Disponibilità a coprire turni notturni
