Per una società cliente, operativa nel settore delle infrastrutture, in particolare nei servizi connessi alla realizzazione, manutenzione e gestione di strade e opere viarie, con sede a Lodi, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di Legal Junior.

Responsibilities

La risorsa, a supporto del Referente Legale Senior, affiancherà la funzione legale nella gestione delle controversie con fornitori e clienti, in particolare durante le fasi esecutive di cantiere. Si occuperà inoltre del monitoraggio dei ritardi di pagamento e fungerà da interfaccia con lo studio legale esterno.

Your Profile

Verranno prese in considerazione candidature in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

Laurea in Giurisprudenza;
Esperienza di almeno 1 anno maturata in contesti analoghi o presso studi professionali;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Motivazione a ricoprire un ruolo di referente specialistico all'interno della funzione legale.
