Job description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of Pico's, a vibrant and fast-growing Mexican restaurant group based in Rome.
The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency, managing and training the kitchen team, and ensuring efficient service during high-volume operations. The role includes menu development, cost control, supplier management, and maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience managing busy kitchens, and a deep understanding of kitchen organization and food quality. Experience with Mexican or Latin cuisine is a plus, but passion, creativity, and the ability to manage a dynamic team are essential.
