Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato della durata di circa 8 mesi (fino a i primi di novembre), con possibilità di prosecuzione dalla riapertura del ristorante a dicembre.

What You'll Do
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly
- Keep floors, surfaces, and bins clean following set routines
- Make sure all kitchen areas, including storage and prep spaces, stay spotless
- Help the kitchen team with basic tasks when needed ? from unloading deliveries to organizing stock
- Keep kitchen tools and equipment where they belong to support an efficient workflow
- Follow hygiene and food safety rules like HACCP
- Handle cleaning materials and gear safely and responsibly
- Spot and report any issues or hazards right away

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas è alla ricerca di un/a tirocinante da inserire all'interno del team Meeting & Events del Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi Firenze Hotel.
Riportando ad un Event Manager, la risorsa si occuperà di:
- Gestire le prenotazioni di gruppi ed eventi dal momento della conferma da parte del GSO;
- Gestire la relazione con l'ospite dal momento della conferma dell'evento sino alla raccolta di feedback post ? evento;
- Affiancare il Management nelle site inspection;
- Contribuire alla perfetta riuscita degli eventi all'interno della struttura, garantendo la piena soddisfazione e il benessere degli ospiti nell'ottica di garantire un servizio eccellente in linea con i loro bisogni personali e professionali;
- Presidiare l'attività amministrativa legata alla realizzazione dell'evento, compresa la relativa fatturazione;
- Organizzare la logistica dell'evento, coordinando tutti i dipartimenti coinvolti (Front Office, F&B etc...).
Inoltre, insieme al Team Eventi e a tutto il personale dell'Hotel, collaborerà per garantire la piena soddisfazione ed il benessere dell'ospite, al fine di regalargli un'esperienza straordinaria.
Si ricerca una persona dinamica, precisa e organizzata, con ottime doti commerciali, relazionali e comunicative, forte orientamento all'ospite e all'accoglienza, dotata di flessibilità e problem solving.
La risorsa possiede un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e, preferibilmente, di una seconda lingua straniera e dei sistemi informatici.

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently looking for an experienced Director of Revenue to join our Four Seasons Hotel Firenze in Italy, with the possibility to work remotely.
About the role
The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for the interpretation of business analytics into tactical strategy. This role involves
developing and implementing pricing strategies, managing inventory, and analyzing market trends to maximize revenue growth and
profitability. The Director of Revenue Management works closely with the Commercial Director to implement and consistently execute optimal
revenue strategy, enabling key strategic and operational decisions for the hotel.
The Director of Revenue Management will oversee the Reservation department and exhibit a special talent for building, leading, coaching,
training, and developing a strong team; ensuring our employees feel at home and receive the highest levels of support and care along with
creating a great workplace for all great people to deliver great experiences
What you will do
- Responsible for leading Reservation and Revenue Management department
- Strategic thinker who plans initiatives in advance of booking window for each revenue generating area.
- Business owner of all Revenue Management systems and tools, including, but not limited to, RMS, PMS, BI tools,
- Benchmarking tools
- Effectively manage inventory, pricing, rate parity, and positioning in all distribution channels, including Branded Web, 3rd Party
- Sites, Worldwide Reservation Office (WRO), and Global Distribution System (GDS).
- Interpret business analytics into meaningful action to improve performance.
- Lead optimal pricing strategy analysis and recommendations for all room classes and market segments.
- Track and analyze the monthly Commercial Scorecard with strong focus on improving all KPI areas.
- Assist with group evaluations, providing education on pricing and best practices for the Sales Team.
- Monitors and identifies current and future business trends to ensure profitability in periods of low and high demand. Controls
- rooms and rate availability in accordance with established guidelines to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Ownership of OTA Market Manager relationship.
- Create and submit hotel forecasts leveraging revenue management system. Monitor accuracy on regular basis.
- Lead weekly Revenue Strategy meetings separate from Forecast Meetings. Build consensus within Commercial team to
- move new initiatives forward.
- Assist Commercial and Finance leadership in annual budget, marketing plan and sales goal preparation.
- Close collaboration with PR & Communication, Commercial and Reservation team, focusing on the promotional campaigns
- communications, published offers deployment.
- Regular involvement in upsell program for the Front office, updating the supplement based on the anticipated demand
- Establishes and/or manages the following: Published, Package and Negotiated Rate Strategy Tiers, Segment Ceilings based on historical and current demand, incentive plans/program for Reservations agents.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years' experience in Revenue Management
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
High energy level, exceptional people skills and enthusiastic for the global hospitality business.
Proficiency in English language, additional language is a plus
Expert system experience ? RMS, PMS, Benchmarking and BI Tools
Working knowledge of Sales & Catering system is a plus
