As Business Development Manager, you build strong relationships with companies, universities and institutions that need more than just a place to stay. You open doors, spot opportunities and turn conversations into long-term agreements that fuel our Hotel Stay and Extended Stay business.

What You'll Do

  • Build and grow a strong pipeline of corporate and education partnerships across Italy.
  • Identify new business opportunities and open doors with companies, universities and institutions.
  • Negotiate and close long-term agreements that generate sustainable revenue.
  • Activate new partnerships and turn signed contracts into real production and room nights.
  • Grow existing accounts through regular follow-ups, upsell opportunities and smart expansion.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management and Distribution to keep pricing and contracts aligned.
  • Track pipeline performance and forecasts in Salesforce and keep a clear view of upcoming opportunities.
  • Work closely with Account Managers, the Regional Commercial Manager and hub teams to bring partnerships to life.

What You'll Have

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships or business development, ideally in hospitality, travel or a related sector.
  • You have strong negotiation skills and enjoy building lasting professional relationships.
  • You bring a commercial mindset and feel comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
  • You are proactive, organised and confident managing your own national pipeline.
  • You have experience with corporate travel, mobility or education partners, which is a plus.
  • You speak fluent Italian and English.
  • You are based in Rome and happy to travel regularly across Italy.

MARKETING MANAGER Main purpose: The Marketing Manager is a multi-tasking marketer supporting an integrated marketing approach of the the Hotel Savoy marketing activities. Reports to: Director of Marketing, Northern Italy. Main duties & responsibilities: ? Creation of marketing initiatives dedicated to the Hotel Savoy; ? Creation of marketing collaterals; ? Support in creating packages; ? Support in updating content on the website; ? Image library management; ? Management of CRM campaigns and data acquisition campaigns; ? Creation of gift vouchers and support executions of gift vouchers campaigns; ? Assist Head Office with the creation on material for their newsletters; ? Point of contact for the hotel to support ad hoc marketing requests; ? Support promoting the hotel F&B outlets through clear marketing actions (online and offline); ? Support with Digital and Social Media Activities; ? Execution of photo and video shootings, in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and the Centre: organization of all the pre-shooting details and support on site. We offer: ? Permanent contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo. ? Learning & development activities and career opportunities. ? Opportunity to stay in one of our hotels at a reduced rate (35€ per night) upon reaching 6 working months. Other requirements: ? Bachelor's or master's degree- Marketing, Communications; ? Minimum 3 years Marketing experience; ? Communications savvy - verbal and written; ?
