Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsaJunior dinamica e motivata da inserire nel nostro Ufficio Tecnico. La figura ideale è un professionista con una formazione tecnica (Ingegneria, Architettura o equipollenti) che unisca una spiccata sensibilità estetica per la modellazione 3D e il rendering a competenze nella gestione di pratiche edilizie e contabilità di cantiere.

Il/la candidato/a lavorerà a stretto contatto con i responsabili di progetto, fornendo supporto trasversale dalla fase di concept alla gestione burocratica.

Responsabilità Principali

  • Visualizzazione Architettonica: Creazione di modelli 3D e rendering fotorealistici

  • Analisi Tecnica: Lettura, interpretazione e revisione di elaborati grafici e disegni tecnici (piante, prospetti, sezioni).

  • Supporto Ufficio Tecnico: Collaborazione nella redazione di pratiche amministrative e comunali.

  • Contabilità e Computi: Supporto nella stesura di computi metrici estimativi e gestione della contabilità di commessa/cantiere.

  • Archiviazione: Organizzazione della documentazione tecnica di progetto.

Requisiti Tecnici

  • Formazione: Laurea in Architettura, Ingegneria Edile/Civile o diploma di Geometra.

  • Software di Rendering: Ottima conoscenza di software es: Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Twinmotion o simili

  • Software CAD/BIM: Padronanza di AutoCAD (2D/3D) e preferibilmente Revit o ArchiCAD.

  • Office: Conoscenza pacchetto Office e Acca

  • Soft Skills: Precisione, capacità di rispettare le scadenze e attitudine al lavoro di squadra
