Job description
For our client we are looking for a Junior Market Analyst to support market monitoring, research, and competitive analysis activities within the global helicopter industry and related emerging markets. The role contributes to providing updated market insights to assist strategic planning, product development, and business decision‑making across the organization.
Responsabilità
Activities
- Collect and organize, news and external sources and support the development of new business intelligence tools.
- Help maintain and improve the market database, ensuring accurate and timely sharing of key information.
- Contribute to the preparation of regular reports on competitor performance (quarterly results).
- Support market research and analysis on global trends, customer needs, and competitors.
- Maintain and improve mid-long term demand forecast models for helicopters (civil/parapublic and military), rotary unmanned platforms and fast rotorcraft.
- Help analyse market evolution and support research activities for specific business initiatives.
Profilo
Requirements - Profile & Skills
- Master's degree in Engineering or other STEM disciplines.
- Initial experience (internship or thesis project) in market analysis or business intelligence is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and interest in market dynamics, economics, and competitive scenarios.
- Good understanding of data collection, interpretation, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Python and Power BI is an advantage.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills (B2).
- Curiosity, proactivity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
