For our client, a global designer and manufacturer of heat exchange integrated solutions. Aluminium coolers with vacuum plates and bars technology for endothermic engines and hydraulics applications: air-oil coolers, radiators, intercooler, combi-coolers and powerpacks, we are looking for a dedicated and results-driven professional to join their Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing clients in assigned geographical areas and market sectors, implementing strategies to achieve sales objectives, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening their market presence.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing clients and prospects
- Identify, profile, and acquire new business leads
- Analyze market trends and competition, providing key insights
- Strengthen the market position in the assigned regions and participate in industry trade fairs
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to set sales targets and monitor achievement of goals
- Coordinate activities with agents and distributors according to company policies
- Prepare and send quotations, aligning pricing with commercial guidelines
- Monitor the status of offers and samples throughout the sales process
- Manage client relationships during the sales cycle, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal departments (technical, quality) to provide tailored solutions and manage post-sales issues
- Ensure that KPIs are met and company policies are followed
Your Profile
The Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related field)
- At least 4 years of experience in a sales or business development role, in a B2B environment
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and negotiation techniques
- Familiarity with CRM, PLM, and Power BI systems for sales data management
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
Based in Germany or available to travel (70% out - 30% in)
Experience in an international business context
Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus
