LHH is looking for an HR Generalist. As an HR Generalist based in Milan, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing HR services within a hybrid work environment. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, training, and communication, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will leverage your expertise to support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, contributing to a positive workplace culture. Your role will require effective communication skills and proficiency in English to facilitate the relationship between HQ and local offices.

Your Profile
Your Profile:
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 4-5 year experience in an HR Generalist role, ideally in an international environment.
- Knowledge of Italian labor law and HR processes.
- Strong communication skills Proficiency in English (C1)
Salary range: €40,000 to €45,000 yearly
Hybrid-work
Occasional travel is required for meetings, training, or company events.
