PM - Project Manager  

* Plan, execute and monitor projects to accurately gather requirements

* Manage schedules and resources, organize progress meetings and evaluate project needs by strategic importance, feasibility and impact

* Review tender documents and prepare technical responses for public and private tenders, ensuring all specifications and deadlines are met

* Maintain and update all project and tender documentation, including progress reports to senior management

* Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, working closely with technical, quality, legal, commercial and administrative departments, to collect all relevant information required for tender preparation and management

* Monitor tender deadlines and requirements, ensure responses meet standards and record agreed improvement proposals

* Deliver operational assistance for daily project management, ensuring that all activities align with established priorities and that objectives are met within designated timeframes.

* Monitor and coordinate bonds, payment terms, banking arrangements, and freight forwarders

* Negotiate documentary credits

* Technical master's degree

* Minimum 5 years of previous experience in similar roles in manufacturing or energy industry

* Fluent in English, both written and spoken

* Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications

* Knowledge of SAP management system

* Knowledge of MS Project is considered a plus
