Famous for introducing cocktail bar culture to Paris in 2007, Experimental redefined hospitality with innovative cocktail bars and boutique hotels across Europe and beyond.

ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA
Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.
Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.
The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.

ABOUT THE JOB
As a Pastry Chef de Partie (M/F), your responsibilities will include:
Prepare preliminary ingredients and bases.
Execute recipes following technical sheets.
Prepare desserts according to the menu and special orders.
Check preparations (tasting, analysis, and adjustments).
Store ingredients following the establishment's prescribed methods.
Receive and verify deliveries, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
Apply current hygiene and safety regulations.
Wear professional attire in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
ABOUT YOU
You have proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
You have excellent knowledge and mastery of pastry techniques, products, and
equipment.
You are well-organized, efficient, and passionate about gastronomy.
You are meticulous in following procedures and technical sheets and have a solid
understanding of hygiene standards.
You are available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
