We are seeking a Accounting & Finance Analyst is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance, delivering accurate reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, strengthening internal controls along with our shared service center, and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including but not limited, company performance, general ledger analysis, budget, cash management
Responsible for the financial statements in accordance with IFRS
Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes in coordination with Service center hub
Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and provide clear explanations and insights to management
Ensure compliance with Italian statutory requirements, including tax, VAT, and regulatory filings
Manage transfer pricing policies and documentation in line with Italian regulations
Support tax planning initiatives, assess tax risks, and work closely with external tax advisors on complex tax matters, including cross-border transactions and permanent establishment considerations
Be responsible for Tax incentives, along with the external consultants, including but not limited to R&D or Investments
Monitor changes in Italian and international tax legislation and assess their impact on the business
Coordinate and manage external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, along with the Financial Director and Managing Director
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics
Your Profile
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and MBA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of IFRS.
Strong understanding of Italian corporate tax framework, transfer pricing rules, and OECD principles
Minimum five years of progressive experience in Financial Analysis, Controlling, or FP&A roles
Experience managing statutory reporting and audits.
Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Experience in multinational or complex corporate environments
Exposure to Business Intelligence tools and data analytics
Participation in finance transformation or process automation initiatives
Gross Salary Package: 60.000 Euro
