Per conto di una realtà in forte crescita nel settore hospitality siamo alla ricerca di un/una Hotel Manager che guiderà una struttura di medio-grandi dimensioni, con due outlet ristorativi e cinque sale meeting, la cui apertura è prevista a inizio 2027.

La struttura sarà orientata prevalentemente a business travel e segmento MICE, operando in un contesto ad alto flusso, con standard di servizio elevati e forte pressione operativa. Il ruolo rappresenta una sfida manageriale completa, dalla fase di pre-opening fino al consolidamento operativo, con il supporto della direzione centrale e delle funzioni corporate.



Responsibilities

Riportando al Direttore Operativo, l' Hotel Manager si occuperà in fase di pre-opening di:

  • Coordinare l'allestimento operativo di camere, aree comuni e spazi funzionali;
  • Gestire il processo di selezione, inserimento e formazione del team di apertura;
  • Implementare procedure operative e standard di servizio in linea con i requisiti di catena e gruppo;
  • Supportare le attività di avviamento commerciale e posizionamento operativo della struttura
  • Collaborare con funzioni centrali, fornitori e stakeholder coinvolti nel progetto.

Una volta inaugurata l'apertura della struttura, l'Hotel Manager avrà il compito di:

  • Supervisionare le operations quotidiane di Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage ed Eventi;
  • Coordinare i capi reparto, definendo priorità, obiettivi e processi decisionali;
  • Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi economico-finanziari, con focus su controllo costi e ottimizzazione dei ricavi;
  • Monitorare costantemente la guest satisfaction, con particolare attenzione a clientela business e frequent traveler;
  • Analizzare KPI economici e qualitativi, promuovendo una logica di continuous improvement;
  • Assicurare il pieno rispetto degli standard di brand, qualità e compliance operativa;
  • Costruire e mantenere un team motivato, performante e orientato al risultato.




Your Profile

Verranno prese in considerazione figure professionali in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni ne ruolo di Hotel Manager o almeno 5 anni nel ruolo di Rooms Division Manager ;
  • Provenienza da catene alberghiere internazionali;
  • Esperienza professionale all'estero (NICE TO HAVE);
  • Esperienza preferenziale in Business Hotel o strutture di medio-grandi dimensioni (MUST HAVE);
  • Capacità di costruire da zero e gestire team ampi (almeno 40 FTE);
  • Solida capacità di gestione economica, efficientamento dei processi e controllo dei costi;
  • Inglese fluente.

Completano il profilo le seguenti soft skills:.

  • Forte orientamento alla qualità del servizio e attenzione al dettaglio;
  • Elevata resilienza operativa;
  • Spiccata flessibilità soprattutto nei primi 6 mesi di pre-openinig e opening;
  • Approccio hands-on, con visione manageriale e orientamento ai risultati.
