Openjobmetis spa, Agenzia per il Lavoro di Borgo San Lorenzo, ricerca e seleziona un Aiuto cuoco/a per ristorante a Scarperia e San Piero (FI).
Posizione
La figura ricercata verrà inserita all'interno della cucina della nostra azienda cliente per e si occuperà principalmente di:
- Preparazione degli ingredienti
- Preparazione di primi e secondi piatti in supporto allo Chef
- Preparazione pasta fresca
- Gestione delle attrezzature
- Collaborazione con il team di cucina
Requisiti
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di cuoco o aiuto cuoco
- Preferibile conoscenza nella preparazione di pasta fresca
- Attenzione alla qualità del servizio e alla pulizia degli spazi di lavoro.
- Flessibilità e disponibilità oraria, nei weekend e durante le festività.
- Passione per la cucina.

What You'll Have
- You have a natural feel for hospitality and love creating good moments
- You bring 1?2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn
- You have great communication skills and enjoy connecting with people
- You manage multiple tasks without losing your cool
- You speak English and Italian; any extra languages are a plus
- You take pride in a clean, professional appearance
- You bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team

What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of our coworking and membership spaces and keep the floor running smoothly.
- Coach, schedule and motivate your team and build a strong culture of ownership and service.
- Create genuine relationships with members through daily presence, check-ins and smart follow-up.
- Host tours and guide prospects towards the right membership solution.
- Drive coworking revenue, occupancy and renewals across Lifestyle, Dedicated Desk and Private Office memberships.
- Spot upsell opportunities and help shape attractive membership offers.
- Support and co-create events and networking moments with local teams and the Support Hub.
- Track KPIs, manage costs and continuously improve the member journey.
What You'll Have
- You bring at least 3 years of management experience in coworking, hospitality or flexible workspaces.
- You have a strong background in customer-facing account management and retention.
- You are a natural leader who enjoys being visible on the floor and leading by example.
- You bring a hands-on, solutions-first mindset and a genuine passion for people and service.
- You are organised, resilient and comfortable juggling priorities in a lively environment.
- You speak fluent Italian and English.
