CAMERIERE / A AI PIANI
La risorsa selezionata, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Pulizia e riordino delle camere e dei bagni
- Rifornimento prodotti di cortesia (saponi, shampoo, ecc.)
- Controllo dello stato delle camere e segnalazione anomalie
- Pulizia e mantenimento degli spazi comuni (corridoi, reception, aree condivise)
- Utilizzo corretto di prodotti e strumenti per la sanificazione
- Rispetto degli standard di igiene e qualità della struttura
Requisiti richiesti:
- Disponibilità a lavorare part-time
- Flessibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi weekend e festivi
- Esperienza, anche minima, nel ruolo presso strutture ricettive
- Precisione, affidabilità e attenzione ai dettagli
- Essere automuniti/e, in quanto la zona non è adeguatamente servita dai mezzi pubblici
Orario di lavoro: part-time 30 ore settimanali nella fascia dalle 09:00 alle 14:00, su 6 giorni di lavoro e 1 di riposo.
Si offre:
- Contratto a tempo determinato in somministrazione, con possibilità di proroga.
- Inquadramento: CCNL Turismo – Confcommercio, livello 6° o 7° da definire in base all'esperienza.

What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of our coworking and membership spaces and keep the floor running smoothly.
- Coach, schedule and motivate your team and build a strong culture of ownership and service.
- Create genuine relationships with members through daily presence, check-ins and smart follow-up.
- Host tours and guide prospects towards the right membership solution.
- Drive coworking revenue, occupancy and renewals across Lifestyle, Dedicated Desk and Private Office memberships.
- Spot upsell opportunities and help shape attractive membership offers.
- Support and co-create events and networking moments with local teams and the Support Hub.
- Track KPIs, manage costs and continuously improve the member journey.
What You'll Have
- You bring at least 3 years of management experience in coworking, hospitality or flexible workspaces.
- You have a strong background in customer-facing account management and retention.
- You are a natural leader who enjoys being visible on the floor and leading by example.
- You bring a hands-on, solutions-first mindset and a genuine passion for people and service.
- You are organised, resilient and comfortable juggling priorities in a lively environment.
- You speak fluent Italian and English.
