La figura selezionata riporterà direttamente al Director of Sales e contribuirà allo sviluppo delle strategie commerciali, supportando la crescita del business attraverso l'ottimizzazione dei canali di vendita, la gestione delle relazioni con partner strategici e il consolidamento della presenza del brand sui mercati nazionali e internazionali.



Responsabilità

  • Supportare il Director of Sales nella definizione delle strategie tariffarie e distributive, in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali.
  • Collaborare con i team Reservations e Revenue Management per massimizzare performance, fatturato e redditività.
  • Gestire e sviluppare relazioni con partner commerciali, network di settore e interlocutori strategici.
  • Partecipare a sales call, fiere internazionali, roadshow ed eventi di settore per promuovere il brand e sviluppare nuove opportunità di business.
  • Analizzare i dati commerciali e monitorare i principali indicatori di performance a supporto delle decisioni strategiche.
  • Favorire la condivisione delle informazioni tra le diverse funzioni aziendali, contribuendo all'efficienza dei processi interni.
  • Coordinare le relazioni con consulenti e partner esterni coinvolti nelle attività commerciali.
  • Contribuire alla creazione di un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo e orientato all'eccellenza, supportando lo sviluppo professionale del team Sales.


Profilo

Il/la candidato/a ideale ha maturato almeno cinque anni di esperienza in ruoli commerciali all'interno del settore dell'ospitalità di lusso e possiede una consolidata conoscenza delle dinamiche di vendita, distribuzione e revenue management.

Completano il profilo:

  • Forte orientamento al risultato e spiccate capacità relazionali.
  • Approccio analitico e capacità di interpretare dati e trend di mercato.
  • Attitudine al problem solving e alla gestione di contesti dinamici e complessi.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese, sia scritta sia parlata.
  • Padronanza degli strumenti di Business Intelligence e analisi delle performance commerciali.

Requisiti preferenziali

  • Conoscenza di ulteriori lingue straniere, in particolare spagnolo e/o portoghese.
  • Esperienza nella gestione di mercati internazionali.
  • Utilizzo di sistemi gestionali alberghieri e CRM, con particolare riferimento a Opera Cloud (PMS) e Salesforce (CRM).
  • Precedente esperienza in contesti luxury o ultra-luxury hospitality.

Fascia di RAL: € 45.000-52.000
