We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Membership to lead the development and management of our exclusive membership program. Profilo

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 7?10 years' experience in membership management, ideally in luxury hospitality or private clubs; experience in senior communications roles within the fashion industry is also highly valued
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful membership programs
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a focus on high-touch relationship management
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Deep understanding of the luxury market and the expectations of elite clientele
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
  • Compensation Package
    • Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €80,000?€100,000
    • Variable Bonus: 20% of the gross annual salary

    • Executive or Senior Management level under the Italian Tourism Industry Collective Agreement (CCNL Turismo)
