Job description
The main responsibilities and activities associated with the role are listed below:
- identify and analyze the technical, functional and performance characteristics of mechanical systems (components, mechanical transmissions, kinematic mechanisms) and hydraulic systems (servo controls and hydraulic circuits)
- identify and define the cost drivers of mechanical and hydraulic components/equipment
- estimate the cost of mechanical and hydraulic products by applying the most appropriate industrial cost estimation methods (parametric / analogy / bottom-up). Perform VA/VE (Value Analysis / Value Engineering) analyses on mechanical and hydraulic products

Requirements
- Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering (specialization in mechanical and hydraulic systems)
- knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems (rotary-wing and/or fixed-wing aircraft)
- mechanical technologies, development and testing of mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Problem Solving
- Initiative and motivation
- VA/VE
- English, advanced/intermediate level (spoken and written B2/C1 Level)
- level of experience: 4/5 years in a similar role
Seniority
Junior: 3?5 years of experience
