Position Overview
Le Graal is seeking an accomplished and visionary General Manager to lead the successful pre-opening and launch of its flagship Private Members' Club in Rome.
The ideal candidate is an internationally experienced luxury hospitality leader with a strong Food & Beverage background, capable of establishing one of Italy's benchmark private members' clubs.
The General Manager will oversee all operational, commercial and financial aspects of the Club while building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional service standards.
Responsabilità
- Lead all pre-opening activities, ensuring a successful launch and seamless operational readiness.
- Recruit, develop and inspire a best-in-class leadership team.
- Establish a service culture aligned with the highest international luxury hospitality standards.
- Direct all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring excellence across restaurants, bars, lounges, private dining and events.
- Develop innovative culinary and beverage concepts in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Bar leadership.
- Drive member acquisition, engagement and retention in partnership with the Membership team.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, P&L performance and the achievement of financial objectives.
- Ensure operational excellence across all departments, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Membership, Wellness, Security, Engineering and Events.
- Build strong relationships with members, business partners and local stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and personalised guest experiences.
Profilo
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in senior luxury hospitality leadership roles.
- Previous experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager, Club Manager or Director of Operations within luxury hotels, resorts or private members' clubs.
- Extensive Food & Beverage leadership experience is essential, ideally overseeing multiple outlets, including fine dining restaurants, destination bars and premium event operations.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
- Proven success in pre-opening projects.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L responsibility.
- Experience leading multicultural teams in international environments.
- Outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury lifestyle, gastronomy and personalised hospitality.
- Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory; additional languages are highly desirable.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in internationally recognised luxury hospitality brands and private members' clubs will be highly regarded.
Experience within luxury lifestyle hotels, iconic private clubs or Michelin-starred Food & Beverage environments will be considered a significant advantage.
Job Level and Remuneration
Quadro A ? CCNL Turismo Confcommercio
- Base salary: €90,000?€100,000, plus a 20% performance incentive bonus.
- Health insurance and pension scheme provided under the applicable CCNL.
