Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, where hospitality excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency are key? As the Resident Manager at Tribera Milan, you'll play a pivotal role in launching and managing our new Milan property, opening in Fall 2026. You'll be involved from the pre-opening phase through to full operational delivery, managing property operations, enhancing the resident experience, and driving business success at one of our premier locations.
What You'll Do:
- Customer Acquisition & Marketing: Collaborate with the Corporate Services team to implement local sales and marketing strategies, and identify local partners to strengthen the Tribera brand experience.
- Customer Care & Retention: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through community building, prompt response to resident inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a stable living environment.
- Facility Management: Work closely with external suppliers and the Corporate Services team to maintain the optimal condition of the property.
- Operational Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial and operational reporting, adhering to Tribera's business compliance guidelines.
- Quality & Safety: Implement quality management measures, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure residents' safety through regular drills and access control.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di: - Gestione della reception, accogliendo gli ospiti durante le fasi di check-in e check-out. - Amministrazione ordinaria, con attivita come emissione di fatture, registrazioni di polizia e gestione degli incassi. - Controllo qualita dei fornitori, attraverso ispezioni degli appartamenti e individuazione di eventuali criticita legate a materiali, pulizie o rotture. - Coordinamento con i fornitori per interventi di riparazione, emergenze, gestione del magazzino e altre necessita logistiche. - Supporto nella definizione delle strategie di pricing e analisi dei competitor. - Gestione e aggiornamento dei profili social aziendali (Facebook e Instagram), con attivita di risposta alle recensioni online. Parteciperai inoltre alla selezione di nuovi fornitori o organizzazione di campagne fotografiche. Skill e Professionalita La persona ideale per questo ruolo e' caratterizzata da: - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, indispensabile per interfacciarsi con una clientela internazionale. - Pregressa esperienza in ruoli simili. - Forte motivazione, curiosita e desiderio di apprendere nuove competenze. - Buona conoscenza della suite Microsoft Office (in particolare: Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Ottima conoscenza e dimestichezza con l'uso business dei principali social quali Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. Benefit Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato, inquadrato secondo il CCNL Commercio. Retribuzione da valutare in base all'esperienza del candidato, con un range indicativo tra i 27.000 e i 35.000 euro lordi annui. POSITION SUMMARY
Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and activating/issuing room key. Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements. Enter Marriott Rewards information. Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions. Secure payment prior to issuing room key, verify/adjust billing. Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists. Complete cashier and closing reports. Supply guests with directions and property information. Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary. Follow up to ensure requests have been met. Process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges. Balance and drop receipts. Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift. Obtain manual authorizations and follow all Accounting procedures. Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Develop/maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns. Follow company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications; ensure personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
