Per azienda cliente operante nel settore servizi, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di M&A Analyst da inserire a diretto riporto del responsabile di funzione.

Responsibilities

La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

Conduzione di analisi finanziarie dettagliate, inclusi modelli DCF, LBO, valuation
Supporto nella redazione di teaser, information memorandum, management presentation e altra documentazione per processi M&A.
Realizzazione di market analysis, analisi competitive e identificazione di potenziali target o acquirenti.
Gestione del processo di due diligence coordinando advisor esterni (legali, fiscali, tecnici).
Preparazione di materiali per il top management e per gli investitori, incluse presentazioni strategiche e reportistica periodica.
Supporto nelle attività di negoziazione, strutturazione dell'operazione e definizione dei principali termini contrattuali.
Monitoraggio delle performance post-acquisizione e contributo ai processi di integrazione.

Your Profile

Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

Laurea in discipline economiche o affini.
Ottima conoscenza di Excel e PowerPoint.
Capacità avanzate di modeling finanziario.
Conoscenza approfondita dei principali metodi di valutazione aziendale.
Familiarità con database finanziari.
Inglese fluente
Capacità di problem solving e doti analitiche.
