Job description
LHH is looking for a Talent Manager who can define and lead the Group's talent roadmap across Italy, Spain, and France. In this strategic role, the position will serve as a key point of reference for people development, strengthening leadership capabilities, and building consistent talent management practices across the Group. The role will be responsible for driving talent development initiatives and ensuring a structured and effective approach to performance management, career development, and Talent Acquisition, working closely with HR and business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Group-wide talent development and learning initiatives ensuring alignment across Italy, Spain and France and supporting the Group's long-term people strategy
- Build and evolve core HR processes including performance management, talent reviews and succession planning, with a structured and international approach suitable for a fast‑growing, multi-country organization.
- Drive learning & development programs, including mandatory training, leadership development and role-specific upskilling paths.
- Support the definition of career paths, capability frameworks and internal mobility programs, enabling consistent growth opportunities across the Group
- Coordinate Talent Acquisition activities to ensure consistency and efficiency across the Group. Act as a strategic Talent & People partner to business leaders and HR Business Partners, identifying high-potential employees and supporting their development through tailored programs.
- Partner with managers and HR Business Partners to identify and develop high-potential employees
- Act as a trusted advisor on talent and people development topics
- Contribute to building a consistent Group talent framework and culture
- Serve as a credible counterpart to senior stakeholders (including executive leadership), providing insights, guidance and structured recommendations based on data, business needs and organizational dynamics.
- Contribute to building a strong Group talent culture based on clarity, consistency, transparency and continuous improvement.
- Support organizational evolution by progressively strengthening Group HR and enabling a lean, efficient model where processes, culture and capabilities become increasingly harmonized across countries.
Your Profile
- Solid experience (10Y) in Talent Management, Learning & Development or HR Development roles
- Experience in international or multi-country environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Structured and pragmatic approach with a strong execution mindset
- Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus
