What you'll do
- Support the Chef de Partie and the Sous Chef in running the assigned station.
- Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes and guidelines.
- Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
- Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.

Il/La *Commis di Cucina* supporta la brigata nelle preparazioni quotidiane, garantendo ordine, pulizia e rispetto degli standard qualitativi e igienico-sanitari. Lavora a stretto contatto con Chef e Capi Partita per assicurare un servizio fluido e puntuale.
Responsabilità principali
- Supporto nelle preparazioni di base (*mise en place*, tagli, fondi, salse semplici, guarnizioni)

La tua missione:
Essere parte integrante di una brigata dinamica e appassionata, contribuendo ogni giorno a portare in tavola piatti che siano espressione di qualità, cura e creatività. Il ruolo prevede:
- Garantire la corretta lavorazione delle materie prime, assicurando coerenza di gusto, presentazione e porzionatura secondo le indicazioni dello Chef e Sous Chef.
- Applicare e promuovere le norme igienico-sanitarie e gli standard aziendali, mantenendo elevati livelli di pulizia ed efficienza.
Cosa farai:
- Eseguirai tutte le fasi di preparazione dei pasti: dalla pulizia al taglio, dalla marinatura alla cottura e alla presentazione, valorizzando ingredienti freschi e stagionali.
