We are looking for Process Technicians (Testing/Finishing) to join our Testing and Finishing Department in Malta.
This is an exciting relocation opportunity, ideal for candidates at different stages of their careers ? from early-career professionals to experienced technicians.
You will work on a 4-shift pattern: Day (06:00?18:00), Night (18:00?06:00), Rest and Off, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities
The candidate will be directly responsible for:
- Process and set up equipment according to the specifications required for engineering lots.
- Collect necessary data and perform evaluations on materials and/or processes, including qualifications.
- Compile and execute action plans aimed at continuous improvement in quality, yield, and production performance.
- Support production and maintenance teams to improve equipment OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) and provide the required technical assistance.
- Liaise with the Engineering team to maintain efficient daily productivity and ensure assembly line requirements are met in terms of quality and yield.
- Support test qualifications, test programs, and load boards.
- Assist in engineering trials, testing activities, and data analysis.
- Provide support in debugging and troubleshooting activities.
- Follow specifications, OCAP (Out of Control Action Plan) and MRB (Material Review Board) instructions, taking initial decisions on non-conforming lots or materials.
- Deliver OPL (One Point Lessons) and work instructions, and support operator certification processes.
- Act as a reliable first point of contact for technicians, supervisors, shift leaders, and operators.
- Manage lot tracking, handling, and disposition.
- Coordinate Failure Analysis activities, including documentation creation and analysis.
- Perform first-level analysis using internal diagnostic tools.
- Liaise with upstream processes based on scanning fallout and process feedback.
- Ensure, monitor, and implement 5S standards and anti-mixing practices on the production line.
- Participate in line audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support product configurations and system link creation within manufacturing execution systems and internal production tools.
Your Profile
The Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements:
- Technical background or hands-on experience in manufacturing; semiconductor experience is a plus.
