Per conto di una realtà multinazionale leader nello sviluppo di soluzioni premium per il benessere, la salute e il fitness, ricerchiamo un/una Sales Account Manager da inserire nel team dedicato ai segmenti Hospitality & Residential, con responsabilità sul territorio della Toscana.

Responsibilities

La persona, riportando alla Direzione Commerciale, sarà responsabile dello sviluppo e della gestione del business sui clienti assegnati, occupandosi in particolare di:

  • Raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato e marginalità sul territorio di competenza;
  • Identificazione e sviluppo di nuove opportunità commerciali nel segmento Hospitality & Residential;
  • Gestione dell'intero ciclo di vendita con approccio consulenziale, dall' analisi dei bisogni alla definizione della soluzione fino negoziazione e chiusura del deal;
  • Gestione e sviluppo di un portafoglio clienti attivi e prospect, costruendo relazioni di medio-lungo periodo, in ambito Hospitality & Residential;
  • Pianificazione delle attività commerciali e aggiornamento puntuale del CRM;
  • Monitoraggio della soddisfazione del cliente e fidelizzazione.


Your Profile

Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

HARD SKILLS:

  • Laurea in discipline economiche, commerciali o affini;
  • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli sales (Sales Account Manager, Key Account, Sales Consultant);
  • Esperienza in contesti premium o luxury (MUST HAVE);
  • Esperienza professionale all'estero (MUST HAVE);
  • Comprovata esperienza nella vendita di soluzioni complesse;
  • Utilizzo di CRM;
  • Disponibilità a spostamenti frequenti sul territorio assegnato (50% del tempo);

SOFT SKILLS

  • Forte orientamento ai risultati;
  • Approccio consulenziale alla vendita;
  • Autonomia organizzativa e capacità di pianificazione;
  • Attitudine proattiva, spirito collaborativo, energia, entusiasmo;
  • Capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici e ad alta intensità;
  • Spiccata sensibilità verso tematiche di benessere e salute (MUST HAVE).

The Role We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activity for the Hotel Savoy in Florence. This is a unique opportunity to shape the positioning of a Rocco Forte hotel in a key luxury market, building awareness, demand, loyalty, and reputation from the ground up. As the on-property marketing lead, you will take full ownership of the hotel's marketing strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with Rocco Forte brand guidelines while bringing the property's unique identity to life across all channels. This role requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, combining strategic thinking with strong execution to deliver measurable commercial impact. About the Role Reporting to the General Manager and Regional Marketing Director, you will drive brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue performance through integrated and innovative marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in defining the hotel's voice, storytelling, and positioning within the luxury landscape, ensuring it stands out in a highly competitive market. Key Responsabilities Marketing Strategy & Positioning - Develop and execute a clear, data-driven marketing strategy to position the hotel as a leading luxury destination in both local and international markets. - Define priority target segments (leisure, corporate, HNWI, travel trade) and tailor strategies accordingly. - Ensure brand consistency while elevating the hotel's unique identity and storytelling. Guest Acquisition & Demand Generation - Design and implement a robust guest acquisition plan across local and key feeder markets. - Drive direct revenue through performance marketing (SEO, SEM, paid media, metasearch). - Identify and activate strategic partnerships to expand reach and generate incremental demand.
