Responsabilità

  • Sviluppo di nuove opportunità commerciali e gestione del portafoglio clienti
  • Creazione e consolidamento di relazioni con clienti corporate, agenzie e partner strategici
  • Collaborazione con i dipartimenti Sales, Marketing e Booking per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali
  • Gestione di trattative, attività contrattuali e site inspection
  • Analisi del mercato e monitoraggio dei trend di settore
  • Redazione di reportistica commerciale e aggiornamento CRM


Profilo

Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:


  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli Sales, preferibilmente nel settore Luxury Hospitality
  • Spiccate capacità relazionali, commerciali e negoziali
  • Forte orientamento al risultato e approccio proattivo
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events). Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Reporting to the Sales Department and the General Manager, your main mission will be to lead the sales strategy for a new 4-star hotel by defining the objectives to be achieved, sales forecasts, budgets, and by participating in commercial negotiations. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Sales & Business Development - Develop and implement the hotel's commercial strategy in line with group objectives, - Actively drive revenue growth while ensuring the achievement and optimization of budgeted targets across all market segments, - Propose, implement and monitor a commercial action plan & ensure its execution, - Manage, develop and grow corporate accounts (local and international), - Identify and acquire new corporate accounts to increase revenue and market penetration, - Maintain & develop strong relationships with key clients, partners and agencies, - Negotiate and manage corporate contracts and preferential rates, - Represent the hotel on the local level at sales events, trade fairs and networking opportunities. 2.
